CONTROL INTERFACES
IN ROOM AVR TOUCH PANEL
Each class room has a touch panel located in the rack. The Projection Control System has a touch panel located on the Sound Operators desk.
Activation is simply by touch or vicinity. Operation of the menus will be covered in the next section.
C1 AUDIO CONTROL
The C1 Audio Control is a user friendly network enabled audio control device.
Turn the rotary knob up or down to raise or lower the volume, press to mute or un-mute. These are located in the Ticket Office, Stagecraft and Lobby areas.
WALL INPUT PLATES
These plates allow youto BYOD (Bring your own device) You simply plug from your device, into the Media Input Plate, then select the Input Plate from the Touch Panel.
CONTROL EXPANSION
After you have used the system for a while you will become familiar with its operation and will quickly learn routines in its operation. The system is also very versatile and capable of adding additional control components, such as Android devices, iPad & iPhone control, X-Panel Control, or additional wireless touch panels.
You are also not limited to device control, the Audio DSP (Digital Signal Processor)can also add additional control requirements with virtual controls of it’s internal mixers and components.
The touchpanel has been designed to control the system with ease and interface with the control processor. The next sections will describe the operation of the screens.
The Wall Input plate will allow audio to follow video via it's HDMI input. However, should you use the VGA input, you will also have to connect your computer headphone jack to send audio.
The C1 Volume control is easy to operate, turning the knob up or down for audio level, pressing the knob will mute or unmute the audio feed.
