Touch Panel Interface
When you enter a room in the LA-KINGS facility, you will find a touch panel on the conference table or desk. To activate it, simply tap the screen and the system will flip to the next logical page. The GUI design and operation is constant throughout the Kings facility ensuring a uniform user experience and simplifying operation across all rooms.
GUI – Graphical User Interface
A GUI (Graphical User Interface) is a visual interface that allows users to interact with a system using graphical elements such as images, icons, and buttons. Pronounced "gooey," the term was introduced in the 1970s to distinguish graphical interfaces from text-based command-line interfaces. Today, nearly all digital interfaces, including those on smartphones and computers, are GUIs. The icons, buttons, and menus you use daily are all part of a GUI.
