FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND DOWNLOADS

Below you will find the answers to most of the questions asked after an installation. You will also find many downloadable links for software and for manuals. The manuals will load into another browser window, which will allow you to both read the manual and to also download it. The software links are direct downloads, so only click on it if you really need it!

The manuals were created during the installation process, and we understand that there are many ways to operate equipment to acheive the same goal. Likewise, the manuals were created as a guide line, rather than a must follow principal. Your own use and experience will deviate from the instruction materials.

A NOTE ON SOFTWARE: We do not own the software that created the the running programs, therfore we cannot publish this software. However when we commisioned the project, we ensured that the latest software was installed during commisioning.

Please note, the programs below run on the version of software installed during commisioning of your system, it does not take into account any software updates or configurations that may have been carried out after commisioning.

In the event of equipment failure and replacement, where would I find the equipment's program to re-install.?

All software, firmware, running programs: Are listed below, we do not own the software that created the programs, therfore we cannot publish that software. However this software is available to professional Audio Visual Integrators, they can re-install and change the software as desired. Remenber, these programs were created at the time of commisioning, they may NOT be the most current versions.
